Anne Wyrough is a dedicated physiotherapist specializing in women’s health. She holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto, where she cultivated her passion for integrating movement and education as both prescriptive and preventive healthcare measures.

Anne is particularly passionate about pelvic health. She is committed to raising public awareness about various pelvic floor dysfunctions and their significant impact on daily life, especially for peri- and menopausal women. She has completed extensive training in Internal & External Pelvic Health Rehabilitation for Female Incontinence and Pelvic Pain.

Additionally, Anne has pursued courses in Clinical Pilates with a Pelvic Health Perspective and recently completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher training. She has used this background in Pilates and Yoga to inform her practice and treatment approach.
