Girl, we need a better bedtime ritual. Let’s hack that habit:

💃 Take a sexy little strut â€” aka a 10-minute walk after dinner. It balances your blood sugar, chills your nervous system, and tells your cravings to sit down.

đŸ”„ Orgasm > Oreos â€” Yep, instead of raiding the pantry, raid your pleasure drawer. Whether it's with your partner or solo, climaxing releases serotonin, dopamine, endorphins, and oxytocin—aka the brain’s A-list mood crew. Basically, it’s better than cookies.

đŸ” Satisfy smart â€” Still hungry? Go for a protein-packed snack (like Greek yogurt or a boiled egg) and cozy up with chamomile tea. You’ll feel fuller and more relaxed—no shame spiral required.

New habit -if it has become a ritual habit for you, we have to start to replace it with a new behavior pattern.
